Canon imagePROGRAF TC-20M Driver Download For Windows and Mac, Manual, Wireless Setup, Scanner Install – The Canon imagePROGRAF TC-20M is a compact color inkjet printer, flatbed scanner, and copier that supports 24″ wide paper rolls and up to 8.5 x 11″ letter-size cut sheets. Print up 24″ wide posters and marketing material on paper rolls with only a 5mm margin on all sides. Whether for restaurants, retail environments, or the classroom, the TC-20M lets you print large posters for window, wall, or other displays. You can likewise create menus and flyers on cut sheets with also just a 5mm margin on all sides. For cut sheets, an automatic sheet feeder lets you load up to 100 sheets of letter-size paper or up to 50 sheets of 11 x 17″ paper.
With no computer needed, the scanner function allows you to easily scan material and enlarge it in order to feature it in your poster printouts. You can also simply input material via the USB flash drive port on the front. Connectivity interfaces consist of Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB. The Wi-Fi interface allows you to wirelessly control the printer via apps such as Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY6 and PIXMA Cloud Link, which are provided as free downloads. Also included is free access to PosterArtist online, where you can easily design posters. A desktop version of PosterArtist Lite is also provided (for Windows only). The TC-20M comes with four ink bottles that are keyed to fill the intended ink tank, facilitating spill-free refilling. Optional add-ons for upgrading the printer include the SD-24 floor stand.
The TC-20M is almost 10 inches wider than the Pro-1000. That extra width is needed to accommodate the 24-inch-wide roll-paper carriage. As a result, the TC-20M can print the most common document and poster sizes up to 24 by 36 inches. And assuming your software supports it, you can print banners as large as 24 inches by 13 feet. Setup is straightforward and uneventful. You’ll need to unwrap and remove a fair amount of tape and plastic that secures the printer for shipping. And you’ll need to empty the four 70-milliliter (ml) ink bottles into the color-coded ink tank system embedded on the side of the unit. The printer’s 2.7-inch color touch screen did a good job of guiding me through the setup process step-by-step. Though I was a bit apprehensive about turning the ink bottles upside-down, I was able to successfully transfer the ink without spilling a drop.
